Dispenser Maintenance:

• Regularly clean the exterior and wipe the interior to ensure hygiene.
• Wipe surfaces with a damp cloth. If needed, use a small amount of diluted neutral cleaner and wipe several times with a soft damp cloth until the cleaner is completely removed. Rinsing is not recommended.
• When refilling soap, be careful not to spill it on mechanical or electronic components, as this may cause malfunctions. If soap spills, wipe the components immediately. Do not rinse under running water.
• Important: water drops, aggressive cleaners, acids, alkalis, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, and other chemicals can permanently alter the dispenser’s appearance.
• Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaners. Use cleaners designed for plastic surfaces.

Helpful Tips:

(I) If a full-size dispenser template is provided on the back of the box, you can use it to mark drilling points:

• Detach this part of the box.
• Attach it to the wall.
• Mark the drilling points.
• Drill carefully!

(II) Sensor or touchless dispensers become fully operational after 5–10 trials. This is important to know when using the dispenser for the first time or after replacing batteries.
