Dispenser maintenance:

• Regularly clean the exterior and wipe the interior to maintain hygiene.
• It is recommended to clean surfaces with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a small amount of diluted neutral detergent and wipe several times with a soft damp cloth until the detergent is completely removed. Rinsing is not recommended.
• Be careful when refilling soap – avoid spilling it on key components (mechanical or electronic), as soap can oxidize and cause malfunctions. If soap is spilled, wipe the components immediately. Do not rinse under running water.
• Important: water droplets, harsh detergents, acids, alkalis, bleaches, ammonia, alcohol, and other substances may permanently alter the dispenser’s appearance.
• Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaners. Use only products designed for cleaning plastic surfaces.

Useful tips:

(I) If the back side of the box contains a full-size dispenser outline, you can use it to mark drilling points:

• Detach this part of the box.
• Place it against the wall.
• Mark the drilling spots.
• Drill carefully!

(II) Sensor or touchless dispensers start working properly after 5–10 activation attempts (tests). This is important to know when using the dispenser for the first time or after replacing the batteries.
