Dispenser Maintenance:

• Regularly clean the exterior and wipe the interior of the dispenser to maintain hygiene.
• It is recommended to clean surfaces with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a small amount of diluted neutral detergent and wipe several times with a soft damp cloth until all detergent residue is removed. Rinsing is not recommended.
• Be careful when refilling soap – avoid spilling it on key components (both mechanical and electronic), as soap can oxidize and cause malfunctions. If soap is spilled, wipe it off immediately. Do not wash the dispenser under running water.
• Important: Water drops, harsh detergents, acids, alkalis, bleaches, ammonia, alcohol, or other substances can irreversibly damage the dispenser’s appearance.
• Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaners. Only use products designed for plastic surface care.

Useful Tips:

(I) If the back of the box includes a full-size dispenser template, you can use it to mark the drilling spots:

• Detach this part of the box.
• Place it against the wall.
• Mark the drilling points.
• Drill carefully!

(II) Sensor or touchless dispensers may require 5–10 test activations to start working properly. This is important to know when using the dispenser for the first time or after replacing the batteries.
