Two-component metal glue VT-140 56.8g+3g

Quick-hardening and non-shrinking, gray colored epoxy glue. Suitable for metal bonding. with excellent properties and high mechanical resistance. Resistant to most chemicals and high temperatures. Can be used as a sealant for steel parts, easy to process. Sticks in 1 hour. The strongest adhesion after 24 hours.

Usage:

1. Prepare the surface of the part to be glued. Use sandpaper or wire brushes to scrub off the brown residue from the surface. Clean off dirt and dust after processing.

2. Squeeze both components into a mixing container, in proportions 1:1, and mix thoroughly until the glue is uniform in color.

3. Apply glue to both surfaces to be glued. You must do this within 3 minutes of mixing the glue.

4. Press the surfaces to be glued together, avoid the entry of foreign objects between the surfaces.

5. The glue will harden approximately 4 minutes after mixing.
